By accessing this website or participating in services offered by ImBright, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or participate in ImBright services.

2. Services Provided

ImBright provides educational programs and coaching-based services intended to support emotional skill development, stress regulation, and personal growth.

Services may include:

• self-guided educational resources

• community group coaching sessions

• individual coaching sessions

• occasional workshops, live sessions, or educational events

All services provided by ImBright are educational and coaching-based.

ImBright does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or clinical services.

3. Free Community Support Sessions

ImBright may offer a limited number of free coaching or support sessions to members of the community.

These sessions are intended to provide:

• emotional support

• practical stress regulation tools

• guidance toward helpful next steps

Participation in a free session does not create an ongoing coaching relationship or obligation.

4. Optional Paid Programs and Services

ImBright may offer optional paid programs or coaching services that provide additional learning opportunities or structured support.

Participation in any paid program is voluntary.

Details regarding pricing, scheduling, and participation will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

Fees collected support the nonprofit mission of ImBright and help expand access to community programs.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

For scheduled coaching sessions:

• Participants are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling a session.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be counted as completed sessions at the discretion of ImBright.

• Scheduling adjustments may be made when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

ImBright provides coaching and educational services only.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. No diagnosis, clinical treatment, or mental health services are provided.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical or therapeutic support, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

7. Group Coaching Participation

Participants in group coaching or community sessions agree to:

• communicate respectfully

• take responsibility for what they choose to share

• respect the privacy of other participants

While ImBright encourages confidentiality, it cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

ImBright reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

8. Session Recordings

Coaching sessions may occasionally be recorded for note-taking, transcription, training, or quality purposes.

Participants will be informed in advance if recording occurs.

Recordings will not be publicly shared without consent unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by ImBright, including videos, educational materials, exercises, branding, and written content, is the property of ImBright unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share ImBright materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImBright shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its services or use of this website.

Participation in coaching and educational programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California.
