Meet the Board
At Imbright, we believe mental wellness, resilience, and emotional intelligence grow strongest when guided by compassionate leadership.
Our board and team bring together diverse experiences—from education and coaching to nonprofit service and community development—all united by a shared vision: helping individuals and communities thrive.
This page highlights the people who support our mission, steward our programs, and ensure we remain rooted in integrity, accessibility, and impact.

George Balboa is the founder of Imbright and the creator of FEELosofy, a practical framework that helps people understand the connection between their thoughts and emotions. He teaches that emotions function as an inner guidance system—a real-time compass that can shift individuals from confusion to clarity and from self-doubt to personal alignment.
George founded Imbright Innovative Learning to combine emotional wellness education with accessible technology that can scale to communities everywhere. The name Imbright reflects his belief that everyone carries an inner light waiting to be switched on—a shift from “I can’t” to “I can.”
Through Imbright, George focuses on tools that help people reframe limiting beliefs, strengthen resilience, and build healthier internal dialogue.
