1. Educational Coaching Services

ImBright provides coaching and educational services designed to help individuals develop emotional awareness, stress regulation skills, and practical strategies for personal growth.

Coaching sessions may include:

• guided conversations

• emotional skill-building exercises

• structured reflection and goal setting

• educational tools and practices

Coaching is intended to support personal learning and development.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Care

ImBright coaching services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

ImBright does not provide:

• psychological diagnosis

• mental health treatment

• clinical therapy services

• medical advice

Participation in coaching does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Coaching is intended to provide tools, guidance, and support, but individuals remain responsible for how they apply those tools in their own lives.

4. Crisis or Mental Health Emergencies

ImBright coaching services are not designed for crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require immediate support, please contact:

5. Voluntary Participation

Participation in coaching sessions, workshops, or programs offered by ImBright is voluntary.

Participants may choose what information they share and may discontinue participation at any time.

6. Group Coaching Confidentiality

In group coaching sessions, participants are encouraged to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

However, because multiple participants are involved, ImBright cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
