Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ImBright memberships and coaching programs. By purchasing any ImBright service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership Subscriptions
Self-Guided Membership ($5/month)
Community Coaching Membership ($49/month)
Both memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
You will not be charged again.
Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for past billing cycles.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Missed group sessions do not qualify for refunds.
2. 6-Week 1-on-1 Coaching Program ($495)
The 6-Week Coaching Program reserves dedicated time and scheduling.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once the program has begun.
If you withdraw before the first scheduled session, you may request a refund minus any administrative or processing fees.
Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used.
Genuine emergencies will be handled with flexibility at our discretion.
Program Completion Window
The program is designed to be completed within six consecutive weeks. Extensions may be granted only in exceptional circumstances.
3. Single Coaching Sessions (If Offered)
Payment is required in advance.
24-hour cancellation notice is required.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
No refunds are issued after a session has occurred.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing digital content or attending a live session, please contact us promptly at support@imbright.org. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access problems.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.
6. Policy Updates
ImBright reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
